Rates are as follows:
1-2 Guests: $350 per night
3-4 Guests: $400 per night
5-6 Guests: $450 per night
A minimum stay of 4 nights is requested.
During summer months, a minimum 7 nights are requested.
A $500 Security Deposit is required with your reservation.
Well-trained pets will be considered with payment of an additional $250 Security Deposit.
There will be a minimum Cleaning Fee of $125.
There is also a $25 reservation fee.
All payments must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Sheets, towels, and an initial supply of paper goods will be provided.
Check-in time is 3PM, Checkout 10AM.
Our home is strictly NON SMOKING everywhere in the home, decks, driveway!
