The “Wave Watcher” was built in 1951 and remodeled and added onto in 1989. The home retains many mid-century period details along with the modern conveniences of today. It is located directly on the ocean in the beautiful Cambria beach community known as Marine Terrace. It is located one block from sandy beaches at Harvey Beach and Lampton Cliff Park and just a short walk to the Fiscalini (formerly East-West) Ranch.
The home consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace plus a dining room and well-equipped kitchen. Both upstairs bedrooms are master suites; one has its own private deck looking out over the ocean and the other has a wood-burning fireplace. There is also a huge ocean-side deck on the first floor, garage parking for two cars, and a long driveway.
We have three Hungarian Sheepdogs (Puli’s) and welcome other well-behaved pets.
